When you contact Immigration Law Associates through this contact form, we ask you to provide information about your legal needs. In addition, we request that you provide data such as your name, telephone, email address.

Any of the following personal data and information that may be made available to our firm by submitting the contact form shall be kept confidential:

  • Other contact information, for example, telephone number, email address, and other similar information
  • Title or position in a company
  • Occupation
  • Any other information provided by you in order for us to evaluate whether we are able to assist you
You have the opportunity to agree or decline to communicate your personal data via the contact form.

  • To address your inquiry, our firm might collect additional information from other sources such as government and private websites.
    Our firm will not retain personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations, and to prevent liability claims.

Communication of breaches of personal data

Any “confidentiality breach”, “integrity breach” and “availability breach” will be documented comprising the facts relating to the personal data breach, its effects and the remedial action taken.

Such breaches will be communicated to you or if relevant, to the competent regulatory authority.
