When you contact Immigration Law Associates through this contact form, we ask you to provide information about your legal needs. In addition, we request that you provide data such as your name, telephone, email address.

Any of the following personal data and information that may be made available to our firm by submitting the contact form shall be kept confidential:

• First and last name
• Postal or other physical address
• Other contact information, for example, telephone number, email address, and other similar information
• Title or position in a company
• Occupation
• Any other information provided by you in order for us to evaluate whether we are able to assist you

You have the opportunity to agree or decline to communicate your personal data via the contact form.

Under no circumstances will our firm disclose personal data provided by you to any individual, or any other entity without your written consent.

If you send correspondence to our firm, such as emails or letters, we may collect such personal data and other information into a file specific to you. We may use the personal data and other information we obtain from you to assess and address your case.

You are not a client just by submitting an inquiry via the contact form.

Provided that you will be contracting our services, “personal data” must be widely understood in the meaning of Art 4(1) of the GDPR.

The personal data provided will be reviewed by our firm exclusively for purposes of responding to your inquiry, and where relevant, addressing your case.

Provided that you will be contracting our services, transfer of personal data to third parties might be intrinsic to the service provided by our firm.

Where relevant, our firm will communicate on writing the identity of the third parties concerned.

Any transfer of your personal data takes place exclusively in compliance with the GDPR.

Our firm may not transfer or authorize the transfer of data to countries outside the EU and/or the European Economic Area (EEA) without your prior written consent. If personal data processed is transferred from a country within the European Economic Area to a country outside the European Economic Area, our firm will rely on EU approved standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data.

We take precautions internally to protect your personal data. While we make every effort to keep your personal data as secure as possible, when you submit data via the contact form, your data is sent through the Internet by unencrypted email.
